Project Details
Developing a Business Case to guide the future direction of the Papakura museum.
The museum did not have a strong strategic direction, and no plan about how to transition to having a broader range of revenue streams supporting its activities so that it could achieve a sustainable breakeven position and be a more resilient organisation as it moves into the future.
TUA and Gemelli worked collaboratively with stakeholders to define the ambitions for the Papakura Museum, its core services, aspirations, a clear strategic direction, the operational model, its key services, performance measures and targets, priorities, annual budget and financial projections and reporting requirements.
The Business Plan outlined the ambitions for the Papakura Museum, its core services and strategic priorities for the next 5 years. This Business Plans purpose was to guide the next five years as the museum transitions to having a broader range of revenue streams supporting its activities so that it can achieve a sustainable breakeven position and be a more resilient organisation. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
